  1. Service Provider

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by:

  2. Definitions

    For the purposes of these Terms:

    Platform
    means the website https://pakistan.firmdata.com and related systems operated by the Service Provider.
    Service
    means the provision of corporate information reports and related data products.
    Report
    means any report, dataset, document, or information product delivered through the Platform, including but not limited to:
    • Company Profile
    User
    means any person or entity accessing the Platform.
    Customer
    means a User who orders a Report.
    API
    means any programmatic interface provided by the Service Provider enabling automated access to the Service.
  3. Description of Services

    The Platform provides access to corporate registry information and related business intelligence reports concerning companies registered in Singapore.

    Reports may contain information sourced from:

    • official government registries
    • publicly available databases
    • licensed data providers
    • third party information providers

    Reports are delivered in one of the following formats:

    • downloadable PDF files
    • API responses

    Delivery times may vary depending on the type of report and data availability.

    The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the structure, content, or availability of reports at any time.

  4. Account Registration

    Users may access the Platform:

    • by creating an account
    • by placing an order as a guest

    Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted during account creation or ordering is accurate and complete.

    The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

  5. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

    A contract between the Customer and the Service Provider is formed when:

    1. the Customer submits an order through the Platform
    2. payment is successfully processed or confirmed
    3. the order is accepted by the Service Provider

    The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

  6. Pricing and Payment

    Prices for Reports are displayed on the Platform.

    Payments may be made using:

    • payment cards
    • bank transfers

    Transactions may be processed in the following currencies:

    • SGD
    • USD
    • EUR
    • GBP

    Prices listed on the Platform do not include taxes.

    The Customer is responsible for any bank charges, payment processing fees, or currency conversion fees applied by payment providers.

  7. Delivery of Reports

    Reports are delivered through:

    • download links
    • the Customer account dashboard
    • API responses

    Delivery times depend on data availability and report type.

    If the Service Provider is unable to provide the ordered Report, the payment received for that Report will be refunded.

  8. Refund Policy

    Refunds are governed by the Return Policy available at: https://pakistan.firmdata.com/return-policy

  9. Data Sources and Accuracy Disclaimer

    Reports may contain information obtained from official registries, public records, and third party information providers.

    The Service Provider does not independently verify all information obtained from such sources.

    The Service Provider does not guarantee that information contained in Reports is complete, accurate, correct, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

    Reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

    Information contained in Reports may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information originating from external data sources.

    Registry information may change over time and may not reflect the current status of an entity at the time the Report is used.

    Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for evaluating and making decisions based on information contained in Reports and that the Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on such information.

  10. No Professional Advice

    Reports and information provided through the Platform are supplied solely for informational purposes.

    The Service Provider does not provide legal, financial, investment, credit, compliance, or other professional advice through the Platform or through any Report delivered under these Terms.

    Nothing contained in any Report or on the Platform shall be interpreted as professional advice or a recommendation regarding any business, legal, financial, or strategic decision.

    Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on information contained in Reports.

  11. Non Reliance

    Users acknowledge that Reports may contain information derived from public records and third party data providers and that such information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

    Reports should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, legal, financial, compliance, investment, or strategic decision.

    Any decision or action taken based on information contained in a Report is made entirely at the User's own risk.

  12. Permitted Use

    Reports are licensed to the Customer solely for:

    • internal business use
    • compliance purposes
    • due diligence activities

    The Customer shall not:

    • resell Reports
    • redistribute Reports to third parties for commercial purposes
    • publish Reports publicly
    • build or maintain a competing database using the Reports
    • systematically extract data from the Platform
  13. API Usage

    Where API access is provided, Users must comply with any authentication requirements, technical limitations, and usage policies imposed by the Service Provider.

    Unauthorized automated access, excessive requests, attempts to circumvent platform protections, or attempts to extract large volumes of data are prohibited.

    The Service Provider may suspend or revoke API access at any time.

  14. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including software, databases, report formats, presentation, compilation, and structure of Reports, remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

    The Customer receives a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use purchased Reports solely for permitted purposes described in these Terms.

    All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  15. Publicity and Marketing References

    If a User or Customer accesses or purchases Services on behalf of an organization, the Customer grants the Service Provider a limited, non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use the organization's name, logo, trademarks, and other brand identifiers for marketing and promotional purposes.

    This license includes the right to identify the organization as a customer of the Service Provider in:

    • customer lists
    • the Service Provider website
    • presentations
    • marketing materials
    • sales proposals
    • case studies
    • investor materials
    • other promotional communications

    The Customer represents and warrants that it possesses the necessary rights and authority to grant this permission to the Service Provider.

    The Service Provider shall use such name and logo solely for the purpose of identifying the Customer as a user of the Service and shall not imply endorsement of the Service Provider or its products.

    The Customer may request removal of its name or logo from future marketing materials by submitting a written request through the Service Provider's support portal.

  16. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider's total liability arising out of or related to any Report or Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Report giving rise to the claim.

    The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

    • indirect damages
    • incidental damages
    • consequential damages
    • special damages
    • punitive damages
    • loss of profit
    • loss of revenue
    • loss of business opportunities
    • loss of data
    • loss of goodwill

    The Service Provider shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or strategies taken by a User based on information contained in Reports.

  17. Indemnification

    The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

    • misuse of Reports
    • breach of these Terms
    • unlawful use of the Service
    • violation of applicable laws or regulations
  18. Compliance and Sanctions

    Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform and the Services.

    The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions or export control restrictions.

    The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access where compliance risks arise.

  19. Privacy and Data Protection

    Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://pakistan.firmdata.com/privacy-policy

    Personal data may be collected and processed for purposes including:

    • service delivery
    • billing and accounting
    • customer support
    • legal compliance

    Cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Platform.

  20. Suspension and Termination

    The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where a User:

    • violates these Terms
    • attempts automated scraping
    • abuses API access
    • resells or redistributes Reports
    • engages in fraudulent activity
    • fails to complete payment obligations
  21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its arbitration rules.

    The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore.

  22. Changes to Terms

    The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.

    Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.

    Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  23. Miscellaneous

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider concerning the use of the Platform and Services.
